Entry requires being 18 or over, or of legal adult age where you live, and being allowed by local law to use a service like this. Entering counts as your word on both points. Accounts that seem to belong to a minor, or that ignore this deal, can be shut down.

ChatVille provides random one-on-one matching on camera, voice or text, an online list for private one-on-one calls, profiles, follows, messages, a Reward Center and a VIP membership. The menu may grow, shrink or change shape over time. Group rooms and multi-camera walls are not on it.

A guest pass works fine. Should you make an account, guard the sign-in details, because activity under your account is treated as yours. Accounts belong to one person each; renting, selling or handing one over breaks the deal.

• Coins are a digital token spendable only on chatville.cam. They carry no cash value and cannot be swapped, moved or spent anywhere else, look-alike sites included.
• Coins buy extra random matches once the free ones run out, private calls with someone you pick and gifts.
• VIP is a membership: a badge you may display or tuck away, and lower prices on coin packs. Its contents can evolve.
• The Reward Center releases free matches or coins whenever its timer finishes. ChatVille decides the sizes and the rhythm, and may retune both.
• Once coins land or VIP begins, a purchase is final unless consumer law in your country grants a refund. A payment that misfired is worth an email.

You agree to live by the house rules. The short version: nobody underage, no harassing, no threatening or extorting, no money grabs or scams, no spamming, no posing as someone else and no capturing or spreading people without their say-so.

ChatVille may warn, restrict, pause or close accounts that break this deal or the house rules, and may pass serious cases to the authorities. To contest a decision, email us with the word Appeal opening the subject line and give your account of events.

ChatVille introduces strangers; it cannot steer what they say or do once connected. Bring your own judgement and the safety habits. As far as the law permits, the service comes as it stands, and ChatVille carries no liability for knock-on losses or for how other members behave.
